You fill out a questionnaire that is designed to really find out what you need. A Design Consultant comes to your home and sees what your project is all about, reviews the questionnaire, shows you pictures to choose a style and a theme and REALLY understands your needs. This step is critical as it can save many hours of your time if done right.

We then have your property measured using state-of-the-art equipment and take pictures of your property. Then we download the information to create a plan on the computer. The designer creates the first conceptual design that is BOTH in plan form and also on the photo that is emailed to you for your approval.

Revisions are made and reviewed. The final drawings are completed and brought to your home with a detailed list of the costs for each aspect of the landscape. You have a plan to use to get further bids or do it yourself.
